Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Information for customers

During these unexpected times we know that many of you are relying on services like ours and we want to reassure you that, whatever your situation, we’ve got your back!

We are working super hard with our suppliers and manufacturers to keep things on track, and ensure the best possible service to all of our customers. On this page you can find up-to-date details on many of the questions we’re receiving about our operations and deliveries. We are working with our entire supply chain and delivery partners to ensure that all guidelines are followed regarding social distancing and reducing the spread of Coronavirus. The health and welfare of our customers, staff and the people who work with our products are integral to the values that lie at the heart of what we do. The result of reducing numbers of staff onsite in order to maintain social distancing can lead to some things taking a little longer than normal which might result in delays. We’ve outlined how this may affect you, our customers, below. The highest hygiene levels are always adhered to, from production right through to delivery of our products.



Please know that we are working closely with our delivery partners, but due to the current circumstances the delivery network is stretched. This may lead to slight delays being experienced for some customers. You can track your delivery through the dispatch email you received as part of the ordering process.  If your delivery is delayed by more than 3 days please contact our customer support team.



Our subscription service is running as normal for all existing subscription customers, though you may experience slight delays in delivery as outlined above.



Restrictions on the numbers of packs of nappies a consumer can purchase have now been lifted. Our supply lines and stock levels are functioning normally.



We have recently relaunched our wipes with new 100% recyclable packaging and a colourful new pack design. The wipes are still 100% biodegradbale and are now purer than ever with a 99.4% water formula. So please don’t be surprised when these new wipes arrive in your order.

Our wipes are currently fully stocked with no restrictions in place in terms of the number of packs you can order.

Please note that the wipes come in 6 different coloured packs. Each box contains a mix of 2 different colours. We are currently unable to allocate specific colours to an order.

Baby wipes are super versatile, if you’re substituting them for other products like toilet roll at the moment please remember not to flush them. They can damage the plumbing in your local area. Please put them in the bin, our biodegradable wipes will breakdown in normal landfill. ?
