Celebrating Earth Day 2020

Celebrating Earth Day 2020

Another earth day is here, and it's a great time for us to take stock. Considering our own impact on the planet has always been an important part of Mum & You. When we were developing our products we listened to the mums who wanted to use them and the message was clear, you all felt a crucial part of caring for a baby was looking after the world they would grow up in.

We've kept listening and we're proud to have gone further in the last year to make our wipes an even more eco-friendly option - as requested by our loyal customers. Not only are they still 100% biodegradable*, plastic free and made from natural fibres, we've spent most of 2019 developing their new 100% recyclable packaging! It took us that long because creating truly, widely recyclable packaging for this type of wet, biodegradable product is really complicated. We're so pleased that they are now an even better option if you are looking to reduce your use of plastics, the production of which is contributing significantly to climate change.

It seems you all love the new packs but we won't rest on our laurels. Our plan is to keep pushing forward and making products that respect this amazing planet. We're on a journey and we plan to continue innovating so that our existing products and new launches leave even less of a footprint in the coming year. Thank you for joining us on the journey, we're grateful to all the mums who use our products and push us to make them even better. Watch this space for exciting announcements in 2020!
