Mum & You meet other mums and talk new products!

In this post, we asked Marguerite, our Product Category Manager to talk a bit about our recent meetup with other mums. Here's what she had to say:

Last week we had a little get together at Mum & You HQ. We had a truly fabulous time as we welcomed Sophie, Naomi, Valentina and Emma with their little ones. TJ (5 months) was well surrounded by 3 gorgeous little baby girls ?

As we rack our brains daily to think of innovative ways to help mums in their day to day, it is really great to meet with mums out there who can tell us about their routine. We have fifteen mums in the office so we do come up with good ideas but what a great source of insight it is to have more mums joining the conversation!

In this session we wanted to share some ideas we’ve been having about more products for mums. We have 3 products for mums now on our website but the ambition has always been bigger given that mums, and especially mums bodies, do 90% of the hard work in pregnancy and post birth!

Feedback from the session was positive. Some products are unsexy but absolute life-savers (breast feeding aids for example) and some products should really be little luxuries for mums, that she should be able to use quickly, when she has a break. We are already working on our new range so keep your eyes and ears peeled over the next few months!

At Mum & You, we want to make products that make a difference to mums daily lives, not just another set of stuff. And bringing mums into our gang, even just for a morning, makes a massive difference in how we think and design our products. #bymumsformums is the key!!

If you want to join next time, or if you want us to come to your hood (we know it is not always easy to come to Chiswick…), drop us a line on community@mumanyou.com and we will be in touch!
