Meet the Team – Sarah

Hi, I 'm Sarah. I head our Customer Support Team, which means I am the lucky one in the team as I get to speak to all our lovely mummies that use our products! Those that know me know I love to chat (a lot!), about my gorgeous, cheeky 3 year old, Lewis, who melts my heart with every smile (those dimples!), my beautiful very spoilt fluffy pooch, my grumpy, loving husband who spoils me and Mum & You.

I joined Mum & You back in August 2017 before anyone knew who we were, including me! From the second our CEO, Rajiv explained to me why M&Y was created, the purpose and the vision, I knew I needed to be part of this amazing adventure.

The one thing that has always been my focus at M&Y is to ensure our customers feel that they can talk to us about anything. Any call or email to us is picked up by a mum, someone that understands (or will scratch their head with you) why their little one has decided they need to wake up every 2 hours or why your toddler today doesn’t like bananas…. when yesterday they had a meltdown in the supermarket begging you to buy them.

I love the fact that we have a customer support team as it means just that, and we love to hear from all of our customers and value every ounce of feedback, and I love that, unlike other companies, when we say we use feedback to change what we do…. we actually do!

We are mums and we get mums. No matter where you live, how many little ones with different routines you have, we all feel the same helplessness when they're poorly or the same worry when they climb up the slide steps for the first time and the same overwhelming emotion and pride when they have their first smile or their first step or their first…. You get the point! I love being a mum and I love that I can help make a difference for other mums, whether it’s those that buy our products or those that benefit from the many levels of work we do.

Me and Lewis have chosen Baby Explorer Hair and Body wash as our favourite product. We like the fact that it is magic and pumps bubbles, and our Baby Explorer Face the Day stick – cos if Mummy can’t get rid of the dummy she can at least get rid of the dummy rash!

Hope to speak to you soon

S xx
