Our biodegradable baby wipes won GOLD!

Our biodegradable baby wipes won GOLD!

Our baby wipes have been awarded GOLD in the Made for Mums Awards 2019 in the biodegradable wet wipes category! *Cue trumpet fanfare*

From day one at Mum & You, we knew we wanted to design products that parents (and babies!) were crying out for. We know that when you become a parent, you become far more aware about your shopping habits, and the impact your product choices have on the world your baby will grow up in.

Our biodegradable* baby wipes were designed by one of our founding mums, Catherine. She said: “Without giving up on the convenience of baby wipes, why wouldn’t we try and have a 100% biodegradable one that is as soft and strong as any other?”

As well as being biodegradable our plastic free wet wipes are hypoallergenic and suitable from birth. They’re made with 99.4% water and 99% natural products. Want to know more? Head to our biodegradable baby wipes product page.

Even more great news

We know how important biodegradability is to our customers. That’s why we test our wipes on a regular basis, to ensure our research offers the most up to date information possible.

We always recommend throwing your used wipes away. Flushing any kind of wet wipe is harmful not just to the environment, but to your plumbing too! So always keep a bin handy in the bathroom, and rest assured your wipes will have the least possible impact on the world this way.

Want to home compost? You can add your wipes to the pile too as they're suitable for composting. For hygiene reasons, it’s best to throw wipes away when they’ve been used for dirty nappies.

100% Biodegradable Eco-Friendly Baby Wipes

**Wipes are compostable according to European Standards EN13432 and are certified by TÜV Austria as OK compost Home.
