Never had any problems with nappy rash and I'm sure it's down to the nature of the product being biodegradable and as natural as possible. Highly recommended. I feel the slight increase in cost from the supermarket brands is well worth the spend considering these are fully biodegradable! The needs of the planet can't be ignored!
